On February 27, 2025, The GEO Group, Inc. (“GEO” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2024, and issuing its financial guidance for the full year 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
