On April 9, 2025, the Company held its 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, during which six proposals were voted upon by the Company’s stockholders. The proposals are described in detail in the Company’s proxy statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on February 28, 2025 (the “2025 Proxy Statement”).
