DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR CERTAIN OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF CERTAIN OFFICERS; COMPENSATORY ARRANGEMENTS OF CERTAIN OFFICERS.

On April 25, 2025, the role then held by Annie Bloomquist, Executive Vice President and Chief Innovation Officer was eliminated and she ceased serving in that role and as a member of Sleep Number Corporation’s (the “Company’s”) executive leadership team. Bloomquist will continue to serve in an advisory role to the Company through May 31, 2025, supporting the transition. While serving in this advisory role, Bloomquist will continue to receive her current base salary and be eligible to vest in her outstanding Company equity awards. At the conclusion of this service, Bloomquist will be eligible to receive the non-change in control severance payments and benefits provided under the Company’s Executive Severance Pay Plan. Bloomquist’s departure is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any subject, including its operations, policies or practices.
