Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
Albany International Corp. (the “Company”) announced today that its subsidiary, Albany Engineered Composites, Inc. (“AEC”) had been awarded a seven-year contract from Bell Textron, Inc. Under this contract, AEC will produce and sell composite structure components for the Bell 525 helicopter.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
