The Juniata Valley Financial Corp. (the “Company”) announced that Bradley J. Wagner will not stand for reelection to the Board of Directors at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders on May 20, 2025 due to expanded professional commitments. Mr. Wagner has been a director for eleven years and served as Chairman of the Audit and Asset Liability Management Committees. The Company would like to thank him for his leadership, dedication and service.
