Item 8.01 Other Events.
As disclosed in a Current Report on Form 8-K filed October 28, 2024, on September 18, 2024, in a case styled White Rocks (BVI) Holdings Inc., et al., v. Reichman, et al., Case No.: A-24-896359-B, Clark County, Nevada, District Court, the Court entered an Order Appointing Receiver (the “Receivership Order”) of Global Tech Industries Group, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”). Pursuant to the Receivership Order, Paul L. Strickland (the “Receiver”) was appointed as receiver of the Company.
Two significant recent events have taken place with regards to the Receivership:
First, on December 22, 2025, the Receiver finalized a settlement agreement with the Company’s former President and Director, Kathy Griffin, and certain members of her family. The Court approved this settlement agreement on February 26, 2026.
Second, on July 22, 2025, TTII STRATEGIC ACQUISITIONS & EQUITY GROUP INC., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, filed a complaint against Astra Energy, Inc. (ASRE), a publicly traded Nevada corporation. On March 2, 2026, a default judgement against ASRE was entered in the Court.
