(b) On April 30, 2025, Kenneth E. Ludlum resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of DIH Holding US, Inc. (the “Company”) effective upon his resignation. Mr. Ludlum’s resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company with regard to its operations, policies or practices. The Board has not yet made a determination with respect to filling the vacancy.
