Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
 
On June 2, 2023, Annastasia Skilakos (Seebohm) resigned from her positions as a director of Infinite Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) and as chair of the board of directors’ nominating committee in order to focus on other business opportunities. Ms. Skilakos’ resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
 
As of the effectiveness of Ms. Skilakos’ resignation, Anré Williams has been appointed chair of the nominating committee of the board of directors.
