On November 11, 2024, Citius Oncology, Inc. issued a press release to announce preliminary results from an ongoing investigator-initiated Phase I clinical trial evaluating the safety and efficacy of a combined regimen of pembrolizumab and LYMPHIR™ (denileukin diftitox-cxdl or E7777) in patients with recurrent solid tumors. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
