Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 2, 2025, VIP Play, Inc., a Nevada corporation issued a press release announcing the approval of its interim license in West Virginia for both online sportsbook and i-Gaming activities. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
