On February 28, 2024, Bitmine Immersion Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing guidance on its estimated revenues from self-mining for the quarter ending February 29, 2024. The Company hereby incorporates by reference herein the information set forth in its press release dated February 28, 2024 (the “Press Release”), a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
