Item 1.01.    Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
On December 20, 2024, NuScale Power, LLC, a subsidiary of NuScale Power Corporation (the “Company”), entered into Task Order No. CO-152971-TO 01 (the “Task Order”) with Doosan Enerbility Co., Ltd. (“Doosan”) for the supply of long lead materials (“LLM”) for 6 upper reactor pressure vessels (“URPVs”).
The Task Order was signed under Supply Agreement No. CO-152971, dated October 21, 2024, between Doosan and NuScale Power, LLC. Subject to the terms and conditions of the Task Order, Doosan will provide LLM for 6 URPVs.
