Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On June 17, 2022, GO Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) commenced the mailing of a letter to the holders of the Company’s Class A common stock (the “Stockholders”), advising the Stockholders that the Company intends to discontinue its pursuit of an initial business combination and, subject to the approval by the Company’s Board of Directors, expects to redeem the Company’s Class A Common Stock, as promptly as practicable following (but not more than 10 business days after) August 7, 2022. The letter is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
