On April 23, 2025, Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (the “Company”) posted on various social media channels and on its corporate website (the “Post”) a reminder that the Company will host on April 24, 2025 a “FFAI Investor Community & FX Developer Co-Creation Day,” at which the Company’s Founder, Yueting Jia, will deliver a keynote address.
