Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.


On April 14, 2025, Bruce Greenstein notified Viemed Healthcare, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign from the Company’s Board of Directors, effective immediately. At the time of his resignation, Mr. Greenstein served as Chairman of the Corporate Governance & Nominating Committee and as a member of the Audit Committee.

Mr. Greenstein’s resignation did not result from any disagreement with the Company or its Board of Directors on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
