Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

WideOpenWest, Inc. (the “Company”) recently detected what was determined to be suspicious activity related to an application on its back-office cloud platform. Upon detection, the Company initiated its incident response and immediately disabled access to the application and began investigating the activity.

 

While the investigation is ongoing, as of the date of this filing, the incident has not had a material impact on the Company’s operations, and the Company has not determined the incident is reasonably likely to materially impact its financial conditions or results of operations. To date, the Company does not believe any sensitive personal information was accessed by an external party.
