Item 8.01 – Other Events.

On May 1, 2017 and on July 24, 2017 the Company entered into the Sale of Goods Agreements with Kopetr LLC and Digital Srbija Ltd. The Agreements are attached as Exhibits 10.5 and 10.6. herein.
