Item 2.02    Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 6, 2025, California Resources Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial condition and results of operations for the three months ended March 31, 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 8-K, and is incorporated herein by reference.
