ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
On April 23, 2025, Nevada Canyon Gold Corp. (the Company”) issued a news release announcing results from the initial Phase I exploration program one of the Company’s Accelerator properties, the Agai-Pah Property, located in Northern Nevada, within the Walker Lane shear zone.
A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto, which is incorporated by reference solely for purposes of this Item 7.01 disclosure.
