On June 15, 2022, Joseph C. O’Neill, Jr., Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer (principal financial officer) of HV Bancorp., Inc. (the “Company”), age 63, notified the Company of his decision to retire from his position with the Company, effective July 31, 2022. Mr. O’Neill’s decision to retire is not related to any disagreements with the Company. The Company is in the process of a formal search to identify a successor for the position of Chief Financial Officer. Mr. O’Neill will continue to serve in his position through July 31, 2022, and to assist with an orderly transition of the position, he will then serve as a consultant to the Company through the end of the year.
