On July 2, 2024, White River Energy Corp (the “Company”) formed White River International PLC (“White River International”) as the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (“ADGM”). White River International was formed for the purpose of pursuing potential business opportunities for the Company in the United Arab Emirates.
