(the “Company”) announced the release of its 2024 Sustainability Report, dated as of October 21, 2024 (the “Report”), which was approved by the Company’s Board of Directors and its Nominating and Governance Committee. The Report is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
