Item 8.01 Other Events.

Genufood Energy Enzyme Corp., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), announced that on October 26, 2022, the Company entered into three Charging Station Site Host Agreements (the “Agreements”) with two institutions (the “Site Hosts”), respectively, pursuant to which the Site Hosts agree to allow the Company to install its electric vehicle charging stations at the locations set forth in the Agreements (the “Charging Stations”). Under the Agreements, the Company agrees to share its revenue generated by the sales of electricity at the Charging Stations with the Site Hosts in accordance with the schedules set forth therein.

The foregoing description of the Agreements does not purport to be complete and is subject to, and qualified in its entirety by reference to, the Agreements, a form of which is filed herewith as Exhibit 10.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
