Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
Effective as of September 22, 2025, the registrant has amended its Articles of Incorporation to change its name from “LiquidValue Development Inc.” to “Winning Catering Group, Inc.” The Amendment to the registrant’s Articles of Incorporation regarding this name change is filed as Exhibit 3.1 hereto.
