On March 12, 2025, MRC Global Inc. (“MRC Global” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will release its fourth quarter and full year 2024 financial results on Friday, March 14, 2025, before the market opens. The Company will conduct an investor conference call at 10:00 a.m. ET (9:00 a.m. CT) on Friday, March 14, 2025, to discuss the results for the quarter and the year. Instructions on how to participate in the conference call are contained in the press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.

 

MRC Global also announced that its 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held virtually on Thursday, May 29, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. More information will be provided when the Company files its proxy statement with respect to the meeting.
