Item 8.01 Other Events.
On March 7, 2023, Cyberloq Technologies Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Cyberloq” or the “Company”) submitted an application to OTC Markets Group Inc. to begin the process of having its shares of common stock listed on the OTCQB Venture Market. The listing of the Company’s shares of common stock on the OTCQB Venture Market remains subject to the approval of OTC Markets Group Inc. and the satisfaction of all applicable listing, governance and regulatory requirements. The Company intends to satisfy all of the applicable requirements, however there is no assurance that its application will be approved. During the OTC Markets Group review process, the Company’s common stock will continue to trade on the OTC Pink Market under its current symbol “CLOQ”.
