This Current Report on Form 8-K is being filed solely for the purpose of filing the opinions of counsel relating to certain securities to be issued as a takedown off EchoStar Corporation’s effective shelf registration statement on Form S-3 (File No. 333-276368), pursuant to a prospectus supplement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 9, 2025.
