ITEM 8.01 – Other Events
Corporate Update
As previously announced, Millennium Sustainable Ventures Corp. (“MILC”) has been seeking to recover tax refunds from India for taxes withheld related to prior sales of securities. On February 27, 2023, MILC received approximately $500,000 of proceeds related to one of two refunds that MILC has been pursuing. The other refund is approximately $750,000. There can be no assurance as to the amount or the timing of the second tax refund MILC is seeking to recover.
