Item 8.01 – Announcement of the Re-Scheduling of the Shareholder Meeting
On July 28, 2022, Millennium Sustainable Ventures Corp. announces that its Board of Directors has determined to push back the date of the 2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders from August 30, 2022 to September 13, 2022 to allow more time to secure necessary votes. The Record Date for shareholders to vote at the 2022 Annual Meeting (July 28, 2022) is unchanged.
