Item 8.01 – Announcement of Shareholder Meeting Information
On July 18, 2022, Millennium Sustainable Ventures Corp. announces that its Board of Directors has set August 30, 2022 as the date of the 2022 annual meeting of shareholders, and the close of business on July 28, 2022, as the record date for determining shareholders entitled to receive notice of, and to vote at, the 2022 annual meeting of shareholders. In addition to this announcement, Millennium Sustainable Ventures Corp. will separately send notice and proxy materials to shareholders of record.
