Section 8 – Other Events
On May 17, 2022, Sun Pacific Power Corp., a subsidiary of Sun Pacific Holding Corp., (the “Company”) received certificate of authorization from FOXESS CO., LTD as their Official Major Distributor and Service Partner in the territory of “America” for their inverters and lithium batteries.
