Item 8.01.  Other Events
 
At the meeting of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Ruth’s Hospitality Group, Inc. held on February 8, 2023, the Board declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable March 24, 2023 to shareholders of record as of March 10, 2023.
