Q1 2025 3 Investor Highlights – Notes: (1) Average Bank Loans HFI reflect consolidated loans held for investment excluding margin loans from the Broker-Dealer business. • PlainsCapital Bank generated $40.1 million in pre-tax income during Q1 2025 • Bank net interest margin of 2.97% remained relatively stable from Q4 2024. Loan yields decreased 8 basis points to 5.76% partially offset by a 13 basis point decrease in deposits costs during the same period • Average Bank loans HFI1 decreased from Q4 2024 by $8 million, or 0.1%.
