Definitions A-1 RevPAR, or average monthly revenue per Available Unit, is defined by the Company as resident revenue for the period, divided by the weighted average number of Available Units in the corresponding portfolio for the period, divided by the number of months in the period. RevPOR, or average monthly revenue per occupied unit, is defined by the Company as resident revenue for the period, divided by the weighted average number of occupied units in the corresponding portfolio for the period, divided by the number of months in the period. Total Portfolio is defined by the Company as all communities that are wholly or partially owned and managed communities that are not owned. Total Owned Operating Portfolio is defined by the Company as all communities that are consolidated and wholly owned. Same-Store Community Portfolio is defined by the Company as communities that are consolidated, wholly or partially owned, and operational for the full year in each year beginning as of January 1st of the prior year.
