Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
The Company held its 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareowners on May 1, 2025. As of March 4, 2025, the record date for the meeting, 1,335,089,924 shares of Company common stock were issued and outstanding. A quorum of 1,185,960,406 shares of common stock was present or represented at the meeting. Set forth below are the final voting results for each of the matters submitted to a vote of the shareowners.
